Professors

Associate and Full Professors have an open-ended employment contract with the Ministry of University and Research. They have the option of devoting themselves full-time to teaching and research at the university, or of working as a freelancer if they opt for the part-time option; both tenures are open-ended. Professors of practice have temporary and part-time employment aimed at carrying out specific research programs of Politecnico di Milano, which establishes agreements with other private or public entities to provide their position.
