Online desk
It is possible to contact us through the Online desk, that allows to send an e-mail, and those who have registered to Online Services to chat with an operator, book a face-to-face appointment at our desks or through a remote meeting (telephone or video call). Those who have not yet registered to Online Services can send an e-mail.
What you can do
Chatting with an operator
The Online Services system allows - on the days and at the scheduled times - to chat with an operator or with a student tutor. The timetable of this service can be found on the following webpage.
Booking an appointment
Through the Online Services you can book a face-to-face or a remote appointment. Upon booking a remote appointment, you will be contacted by the staff either at the mobile phone provided or via Teams (appointments with the Financial Aid Service will be managed via Teams).
