Since 2012, the Service has been organizing exhibitions dedicated to enhancing the cultural heritage of the Politecnico di Milano. Each exhibition offers a historical and cultural perspective through original and previously unseen materials from diverse collections.
On September 9, 2025, the traveling photography exhibition POLYTECHNIC LABORATORIES – departments | territory | teaching | technology, curated by Roberto Dulio with photographs by Giovanni Hänninen, was inaugurated. The exhibition was conceived to narrate this vibrant and technical universe through the evocative power of the photographic gaze. A new exhibition itinerary to be explored, through archives and libraries, where the stories of architects, craftsmen, designers, and graphic artists meet and shape spaces for living and communication: objects, photographs, projects, and magazines by Carlo De Carli, Pierluigi Ghianda, and Albe and Lica Steiner await you on the first floor of Building B1, Candiani Library.
