Individual stations can be reserved through the Affluences app, or by going to the loan desk.
There are individual stations in the three campus libraries: at the Leonardo Campus Library, the Bovisa La Masa Library and the Bovisa Candiani Library.
You must use your Polytechnic institutional email address to make a reservation. The stations cannot be reserved and used by outside users. In case of a delay of more than 20 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled.
Individual stations have a key that will be given to the applicant. At the end of each shift of use, library staff will check the status of the workstation. The library is not responsible for what is left unattended at the stations.
In Leonardo Campus Library and Bovisa Candiani Library there are also five seats equipped with monitors that can be connected to one's device. These seats can also be reserved on Affluences in the same manner as indicated above for individual seats.
