Upload the Confirmation Letter - Arrival
It is the document that attests the actual beginning date of your mobility or the beginning of the virtual didactic activity. As soon as you arrive at the host institution the section Upon Arrival must be filled in, signed and stamped by the person or by the office in charge of exchange students.
Enter the date of arrival at the partner institution indicated in the Confirmation Letter.
Upload the Document of arrival in the host Country (boarding pass, train ticket, route receipts)
Also remember that:
- within 5 weeks from the arrival at the Partner university, you may modify your initial Learning Agreement. For more info watch the tutorial OLA: Changes during the mobility; you will also have an additional window to submit Changes to your OLA 5 months after the start of your mobility;
if your OLA has not been digitally approved, you must have the pdf of the Final Learning Agreement signed by the host institution.
Note: all Polimi courses listed in your OLA must be marked in green, as this means they are also included in your Polimi study plan. If not, and you see any courses marked in red, make sure to update your OLA during the Changes period. Only then can your exam results be properly validated.
