Descrizione dell'iniziativa
EmployAbility was founded with the aim of bringing engineering students closer to the fundamental concepts of business management, paying particular attention to the constant evolution of the market and the skills requested by companies. We aim at preparing students to be aware of the fundamental "soft skills" to be acquired within their professional and personal paths. In a dynamic environment and with the collaboration of different speakers, the course deals with the themes of project and time management, diversity and personal branding, lean startup, and financial management of a large company, technology transfer, intellectual property management, and how to bring a research work to the market. These are just a few of the topics that will be addressed. This course is a collaborative effort joining the content expertise of the Career Service and the NECSTLab.
