Winners of 16th edition of Switch2Product announced

Incubation path for 26 finalist startups and 9 grants of 30,000 euros from Politecnico and partners

The winners of the 16th edition of Switch2Product, the entrepreneurial empowerment program promoted by the Technology Transfer Office of the Politecnico di Milano, PoliHub and Deloitte's Officine Innovazione, were awarded. With over 500 applications and 184 projects evaluated, the program continues to confirm itself as one of the reference initiatives for those who want to transform an innovative idea into a business. 

In this edition, 26 finalist startups will access an incubation path; 9, on the other hand, the projects that have received a 30.000 euros grant from the Politecnico and the partners of the initiative:

Hu.Moss, H7 shelter, Evoli, SafeTouch, Ear-Resistible have received a grant from the Politecnico di Milano of 30.000 euros each, intended for prototyping and validation of projects.

Deloitte has decided to award a financial contribution to merit. Deep4IT is the team selected for the grant of 30.000 euros.

TO Sense, AHEAD and 3D Hyper-Scan have received the 3 grants of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi worth 30.000 euros each.

The Politecnico di Milano is taking a decisive step towards enhancing the entrepreneurial talent of students, researchers and teachers, strengthening its role as an incubator of excellence for deep tech startups.

During the award ceremony, the main programs supporting academic entrepreneurship were presented. Today, the Politecnico can count on tangible results: from 2000 to 2024, 382 startups were actively supported, including 215 from Politecnico. These companies have raised funding for over 547 million euros, generating 1,574 jobs.

To amplify entrepreneurial opportunities, the University has structured targeted courses for students and researchers, able to accompany innovative ideas and research projects from academia to the market, taking advantage of the synergy of the Technology Transfer Office, Career Service and PoliHub.
